A large group of us dined at 5 Spice Indian last night. The food is very affordable compared to a few other Indian Restaurants in the Hills. We had the large private room to ourselves as we we’re such a large group. Nice atmosphere. A few dishes disappointed. The entree dips was tasteless, tasted like mass produced dip from a jar. A Barramundi Curry came out lukewarm and the Lamb Rogan Josh very fatty. johombsch.com
Uncomfortable!. The place was nice, the food was very good, the young lady that served us was very nice but the kitchen staff walked through the restaurant a few times and not only looked very miserable but also gave us some really uncomfortable looks!
Great Food. One of the best Indian Restaurants I’ve eaten at. Meat is always cooked perfectly and is accompanied buy lovely vegetables etc. The sauces are amazing. Definitely the best restaurant in Mt Barker. The Butter Chicken never disappoints nor does the Vindaloo. Great job guys.
Great restaurant. My husband and I went to 5 Spice and greatly enjoyed it. The food was amazing. Best Indian restaurant we’ve ever been to and the service was great. Just wish the serving sizes were bigger as it was delicious.
5 Spice. Pretty disgusted to see a 5 spice car parked in a disability parking bay without a permit at the Women’s & Children’s Hospital on Tuesday 18th November 2014. Hope you got fined.
