CAme in for lunch with family good linch menu for a reasonable price. Food came out rather quickly and it was tasty. Staff all had a smile. Looking at the rest of the menu looked good for dinner. Reccomended
They have pretty Good food, but there are not many vegetarian friendly options available . Decent service most of the time and pretty decent prices.
You are always guaranteed a smile walking into Caffe Acqua Mount Barker. They have good food and a huge selection; from breakfast to lunch to dinner. The baristas can also make a great cup of coffee.
We went there on a Scoopon Voucher for Breakfast at 9am on a Saturday Morning and when we arrived there was only one other couple dining there. We were glad we got there early though as within about 20 minutes the place was really full with a couple of large groups and several families. I ordered the Big Breakfast and my Breakfast Buddy ordered the Eggs & Bacon, both with poached eggs. Our voucher also included a beverage each so we both ordered the Hot Chocolate. The Hot Chocolate arrived quickly and looked and tasted great, big thumbs up for this. My Big Breakfast consisted of loads of smokey bacon, 2 eggs, hash brown, sausage, tomato and mushrooms served on 2 thick slices of toast and homemade tomato relish on the side. The Eggs and Bacon came with plenty of bacon and was also served on 2 slices of thick toast and the homemade relish. The serving size was plentiful but as it was a chilly morning the food went cold rather quickly which was disappointing and the eggs were quite hard as I prefer them to be gooey inside. It would have been better if the plates were warmed. However, another nice touch was that they provided free Saturday Papers to customers and most people took one and were busy discussing items in the paper and people probably stayed there longer because of this. Food was coming out quite quickly from the kitchen despite it being busy and as I checked out the plates all the food looked good. We will return again as I am keen to check out other options such as the Breakfast Pizza, Breakfast Burger, Spinach and Mushroom Omelette or the Eggs Benedict. Overall the place was a little noisy due to the acoustics and the number of people but better to be busy than dead silent with no customers. Staff were efficient and friendly. We will return soon. Good Job.
Don’t waste your money. Was really hungry and looking forward to a good pizza.Ordered 12 inch pizza ($18.90), when i picked up the first slice all the toppings literally slid off in one piece. Absolute rip off, I’ve had better from dominos (and thats saying a lot).
Bad pasta. Had the chilli and bacon pasta (cant remember name) and wasn’t tasty at all, little flavour and little chilli. Quite disappointed wont return any time soon.
Meal disappointment. Potato wedges looked nice until my daughter bit into one all black inside ! Couldn’t eat them !Chicken Schnietzel love heart shaped just like we buy at woolworths 🙁 over cooked and dry ! Came with a rough soggie salad and I paid $3.95 for mushroom gravy 🙁 instant gravy with chunks of hard mushrooms !Waitress was lovely . Cost $36! For 2 meals!
