We came to Lot 100 just after they opened. I booked ahead but on our arrival it was total chaos. Our table wasn’t ready and no one seemed to be able to sort out the situation. We were finally seated and it took probably 15-20 minutes to be offered a drink. Once we had ordered our drinks went to the wrong table. We ordered pizza, croquettes, burrata, patatas bravas and porchetta and hoped to have the food spread out to enjoy course by course. Our food arrived all at the same time so some items went cold before we could eat them. We would have preferred food spread out a bit more. I know it was early days after they opened and that it’s super popular, and I’m prepared to give them another go because the concept is great. It’s just some of the minor details were lacking and probably inexperience of staff and a lack of customer service for our visit that really made our experience disappointing.
