Was in Murray Bridge and thought I’d give The Davery Establishment a go after reading good reviews. Firstly I thought the wait staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The interior is a nice place to spend time with its fairly standard (these days anyway) retro cafe style. The coffee I had was good also.What I was disappointed about was my burger actually made it out of the kitchen. Visibly burnt and that flavour took over what I could tell would have otherwise been a tasty burger.
Although the coffee was really good, it took a while before they brought to our table. I did notice people come in after us being brought their coffees first, pet hate of mine but hey ho! Did not order any food.
Coffee was a bit average, the specials were awesome – we got the pulled pork burger and the pumpkin risotto! Wait staff were average, seeming quite disinterested in their job, and the design/decor of the place is slightly off putting with mix match retro cross pastel style. Free wifi – just need to ask wait staff for the password.
