What a sensible little cafe. Well priced, quant size and friendly staff. The range of foods are small but the brioche with poached egg and crispy pancetta was a tasty little morsel at a reasonable price. I think that is why this place rates so well. It’s away from the main N.Adelaide strip but across the road from a butcher and a baker (candle stick maker went bust). The coffee was on the stronger side but sometimes it’s nice to break up what can sometimes be quite sweet coffees from many of the local roasters. I’m not sure on what beans they were but it was good good. Great little cafe for a quite Saturday morning. European in feel and menu and bypasses the big brekkies so many places are doing for simple and small.

Tried hard to like this place but with awkward staff, consistently awful coffee and such a limited range I don’t think I can really justify going back

Standards are slipping. This used to be the best cafe in North Adelaide and has been our trusty coffee shop and weekend brunch stop for a few years now. However standards have slipped so much that we are at the point of not returning. They got our coffee order wrong for the second time in a week and were very unapologetic about it. We waited 15 mins despite being the only people in the queue and the coffee tasted like dishwater. I watched the waitress preparing muesli for another customer and she had to ask another staff member which was the raw and which was toasted. Seriously? No wonder they can’t get a simple coffee order right…

Lacking. Had high hopes for this place given all the positive reviews. I struggled to find something on the very limited menu that actually sounded appealing to my tastes. Ordered a coffee and whilst the flavour was enjoyable, it came out cold despite ordering extra hot. Staff were rude and spilled food on my phone/wallet. Weren’t apologetic. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

What a lovely cafe. Such a nice and relaxing place. If you have never tried a portuguese tart before, this is the place to try one along with one of their great coffees. Will be back to sample the menu

Beautiful food, lovely coffee.. Customer service is great and everyone is so friendly. The zeppoli and panna cotta was amazing. Definetly recommend.

Both natural muesli and fontina utterly delish.
