If you’re on O’Connell Street and are craving Vietnamese food, take a small detour down Ward Street and you will find Sky Vietnamese. The owner is lovely and is happy to walk you through the menu. The menu is full of authentic Vietnamese options. We tried the taro spring rolls, the lemongrass lanterns (I’ve never seen these anywhere else – delicious), the chicken wings basted in Phu Quoc fish sauce, the claypot fish and the beef pho (the stock takes 16 hours to make). Everything was delicious. Give it a go!
