Worst. Experience. Ever.. One of the worst dining experiences of my life. – Dead silence in the dining room- Beer that was not cold enough- Completely overcooked steak (which was remedied, but it was a waste of meat)- Cakage fee without actually cutting it for you- OverpricedThe kicker? Undoubtedly the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant, let alone supposedly fine dining. Considering there was maybe 15 people in the restaurant, the server could only manage one drink order at a time, with each one taking far too long. Pretty sure they were also a humourless robot.Food itself was sufficient (but tiny quantities and not well priced), but everything else was utterly dismal. Do not come here. Ever.
Terrible service. Came here to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and lets just say I will never come back here. Food was nice. Service was ridiculous. One hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing. Considering they weren’t busy as there was only a couple groups of people I would of expected much better service. And they have chicken on the menu but don’t have any in stock, what a joke. And when I cut and serve the cake myself and still get charged the cakage fee, that’s not on thats just rude. I hope people read these reviews before coming here as I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Explains why there was hardly anyone in there. Not impressed.
For guys reading this take a girl on a first date. Will give you good brownie points.Took my girlfriend here and she ate her first meat dish in 20 years. She loved it. Says something about the good quality of the food.
You would think a cooked breakfast would actually be cooked, the crispy bacon is raw? The continental buffet looks like an isle at rite price
I have been twice and I have to say that even though the food is ok the service is appalling. Even what seems a fairly quite night the meals still take for ever to come out. As an example twice I have waited over an hour for the main to be served.
Lovely Restaurant. The Snooty Fox has such a lovely atmosphere – there is really no other restaurant in Adelaide like it.The food is always very good and I look forward to dining there again.
Fantastic food and service! Every time my husband and I dine there we always remark how amazing the food is and how lovely and romantic the restaurant is. Highly recommend it.
