Started well – its a beautiful building – a former baptist church. It was a quiet Wednesday night with about 5 other tables i.e. not busy.Service was consistently poor throughout. Each thing on its own isnt a biggie but they added up – wrong drinks order, having to repeatedly flag down staff for service i.e. order, food get the bill, there was dirty cutlery. Some of us were served our mains, then there was a gap of more than 5 minutes for the remainder of the mains to appear. The food was good with the exception of the Caesar salad which lacked romaine lettuce and croutons i.e. regular lettuce with dressing, egg and chicken. We chose not to stay for dessert.So two stars – one for the beautiful building, the other for the mostly good food.

The sensational complimentary bread while waiting is amazing and filling. Also go here often for coffee.With the Split the Bill opportunity at the moment it is terrific value.
