Ordered the Jack Daniels BBQ wings, french fries and the Pollo Loco. Loved every bite of every part of the meal. My favourite were the BBQ wings. I would definitely get them again

The dessert here is great. Fried icecream all the way.The other menu items i like and they are flexible with changes to some items. The kids share plate is not very good, the chicken is like cardboard. The milkshakes are good and they staff are nice. I havent had a bad experience here but i am also not a fussy eater and as long as the foods not rotten im pretty happy.

Did superman fly this patty to the sun and back? Do not waste your time. For all the very very good burgers in Adelaide (Nord, burger theory, burgerstronomy) this is not even close. Dry, flavourless patty (cheap nasty meat), cheap sugary sauces. We ate one bite and could not have any more. The wings were ok. Keep walking – maccas $2 hamburger is a far wiser decision.

This is a place truly worth walking past!Greasy, squeeze bottle cheese, fried cheese balls still frozen in the middle, supermarket quality nachos sauce – all hosted by a pair who were not even engaged with the customers. Crap food. Crap service. Stay away

Looking for somewhere to go on a Saturday night? Don’t go here. We were seated quickly. Ordered Chilli Cheese Nachos to come out first and each ordered burgers and drinks. We got the drinks very quickly. Waiting, waiting, waiting. A table that came in after us and ordered after us got their burgers, etc before we even got the nachos. When the nachos finally arrived (Cheese Supreme I may add and not the Chilli Cheese) they looked amazing then within a minute the burgers arrived on tiny little plates….We started eating the nachos for fear of having to wait LONGER for replacement. The top layer was all golden and oozy but underneath that the sauce was cold and the cheese still shredded. We asked the waitress if the sauce should be cold and she whisked them away with promises of more. We ate the burgers which were at least hot but mine was dry fairly bland ($15 each should be AMAZING). The replacement nachos arrived and they were still cold under the top layer but we ate them as we were told they had been removed from our bill. Not wanting to risk further disappointment with dessert we decided to leave and pay the bill. Guess what? We were charged for the nachos.Definitely will not be returning.

Was really excited to come here and was bitterly disappointed. The fries came out almost cold. The boneless buffalo wings were also not overly warm with minuscule amounts of actual chicken in a weird tomato sauce (this was even recommended by the waitress as his favourite). Such a strange taste that we couldn’t eat anymore after one bite. I had a chuck gourmet burger which was nice but had the about half of a grilled capsicum that was messy. My boyfriend had a cheese burger that was awfully dry and unfinishable. The best thing was the banana paddle pop shake which was yum and beautifully presented. Decor is creative and goes with the theme. Won’t bother coming back when Nordburger and other similar restaurants are just as easy to go to and have better food.

Very average. I know it’s supposed to be an American diner type experience but that’s no excuse to sell poor quality food. Other restaurants with the same theme manage to do it well so why can’t the Chuck Wagon? Staff lack interest, just going through the motions. Plenty of better options on The Parade – give this a miss.
