Dined at the magill road restaurant. We both had the beef cheeks special and then the puttanesca linguine to share. Beef cheeks were delicious and tender. Pasta was decent. I was a bit disappointed though as their Instagram said they made fresh handmade pasta but when I asked the waitress about it she replied Im quite sure we dont make it ourselves. The waitress also didnt seem to know the menu quite well when asked questions and seemed quite awkward with interactions the entire night (not sure if she was new?). Overall a decent feed – would definitely go back for the beef cheeks and if there was actually fresh homemade pasta as advertised.

Had such an amazing dining experience here! Loved the rustic feel of the restaurant and beautiful scenery painted on the walls. Khalil was excellent. He came out and explained the menu to our group of 30 people and checked in to see how we were going with the food – both during and after our meals. I have never tasted such a delicious Napoletana sauce! Highly recommend 🙂

EXTREMELY friendly!! The chef came and greeted us and thanked us for coming! Love this place!! We ate off the vegan menu! I love that there’s multiple menus!! The food is sensational!!! Highly recommend for anyone who is vegan!

Went to the Kensington Park locationStaff were friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The owner chef Khalil came and spoke with the diners which I thought really special. The food was lovely. By the time we were leaving the restaurant was beginning to fill up and I understand why, it was a great place to go food, service and atmosphere were great. My recommendation go, go and go again.

Just had dinner there and my, what an experience! I highly suggest getting the platter to share it was awesome! The garlic bread is awesome and their butter and bread is sick! The bolognese was a disappointment, they used angel hair pasta which didn’t do it any justice. If they switched it to something would be wayyyy better. I did also try my friends Baked Ziti which was sooooo amazing I got total food envy. I’d come back for that and the bread…and the platter hahah! The girl that also served us was bright, bubbly and so friendly, she made the whole service and experience 10/10

Amazing! The food was delicious, the homemade bread and butter, was so yummy. Highly recommend! Not that many seats so you might need to book a table before going. A+

This review pertains to the Kensington Park Restaurant on Magill Rd. The food we ordered was amazing. This restaurant would have got a higher score if everything else was better. Tap water instead of the sparkling we ordered. After realising it had been over an hour between entree and mains, we asked, the waitress said our dishes were just being plated, it still took another 10mins; a long time to plate a simple meal. This was not a single occurrence, it was the same for many of our fellow diners, people who were seated before us hadnt had their mains. Waiting hours is just not good enough, if you dont have the staff in the kitchen to provide decent service, dont take extra bookings or seat extra walk ins. Bring a book and some snacks for the wait.
