Salt & Pepper eggplant was the most amazing I have ever had. Crispy fried pork was to die for and the broth used for the pho is the BEST I have had. Recommended to all my friends and definitely returning to try everything on the menu.
Come for the pho but you’ll be back to try everything else! Chef Quang’s pho was a weekly favourite for us during his time at Thanh Thanh in the city. We are so happy they’ve moved a little closer to our neck of the woods!On top of Adelaide’s best pho you’ll find all the vietnamese standards (including amazing salt & pepper eggplant!) – served with a smile and at great prices!
