I get very excited about tea, and when there’s several pages of tea menu (not just black, green or camomile) I’m in heaven. Lovely tucked away location and they were proud of the teas. Didn’t try much food though so cante comment on that
I must have walked past this place so many times without noticing it. Glad we stopped by. Its a hidden gem. Makes a change from the surly looks from Cibo Staff inside Westfield. I asked for…….(and readers of my reviews will anticipate what comes next)….. a HOT Cappucino…..and the barista went to great lengths to ensure that that was exactly what I got. Had a nice Lemon and Blueberry cake with a side of cream and, what with the two great vinyl albums I bought from Hot Vinyl on Unley Rd…….its shaping up to be a fairly decent day. Sanctuary…CANtuary…not CANTuary. Well done girls! 😉
These guys are passionate about there coffee…. Plus they use Cartel coffee roasters so amazing!! Get around it.
Nice escape within the Marion shopping complex. Although this place is a little hard to find it provides a peaceful escape to enjoy a cup of tea (or coffee). I chose ‘The tea Master’ which was a strong black tea blend and it didn’t disappoint. The tea was served in quite a dainty cup with a fine lip- unlike many popular coffee/tea establishments whose cups are quite clunky and heavy. Service was friendly and fast, and they didn’t hesitate to provide more milk when it was requested. The atmosphere is lovely, and the decor features an ornate carved main door, minimalist chic mixed in with a few antique statement pieces.
