If we visit Port Adelaide a stop at La Popular Taqueria is mandatory. Dining here was like dining in someone’s home. It seems to be a real family business. The tacos are delicious. The tortillas are different to any that I’ve had before (probably because they were made properly), soft, slightly fluffy, great taste. The fillings were all outstanding – we generally work our way through all of them. All delicious. Definitely try the frijoles (beans) that come with home made chips. Locally made beer goes so well with them.
