I really like the pub. The recent renovations let in a lot of natural light. Garlic bread was standard entree size. The trio of meats was a nice social meal.
Possibly one of the worst meals I’ve had in a while . Came in and ordered T-Bone steak medium rare and it came out with potato skins which were soaked in oil. The jus was too sweet and my steak was almost blue. Dont know how it took 15-20 mins to cook.
Decent Pub Grub. We came here for lunch (x4) attracted by a great deal which included 2 shared entrees, a main each and a glass of wine per person.The place has had a facelift recentlly, which made it more contemporary and light. Plenty of neutral colours throughout the establishment.Customer service was good. Friendly, helpful and engaged.Food was really good, as far as pub food goes. Very generous serving sizes. Flavours were lovely. Sure, most of the dishes are staples reflective of pubs all over Australia. But for the Port, this is one of the nicer ones. The salad and vegie bar is included with a main meal.I recommend this place for those wanting a bang for their buck.
Better pubs in the port. Is pretty rough around the edges, and there are much better options in the port. Recommend the Railway, Lighthouse or British instead, for better staff and good food.

Sunday session. Went last Sunday for a quick lunch and was very impressed with the quality of food. We had the Trio of meats and the barra, the presentation and quality were of a high standard. Service was also very good. Best food in the Port at the moment.
Super friendly staff, non functioning air conditioner.Placed order, after 50mins get told that they’ve run out of my choice off the menu.
