The food here tastes really bad, not traditional Chinese at all, and everything tasted the same. Bowls and cutlery weren’t washed properly. The only thing good was the service as all the staff were friendly.
The fried rice tasted really good, not too oily and not too moist. The working staff is friendly and lovely. We will come back again if we pass by port Augusta someday.
Not a Laksa. Traveling through a call in for a Laksa take away1 small container of laksa soup 1 small container of rice noodles and small amount of chicken that was it no chop sticks no spoon and I had to go to the motel and get a bowl to put it in and a spoon the taste was not spicy at all and no Vegs to be seen A very poor effort of a Laksa
Five Stars. Golden Pearl is always a favourite. I have not been to another Chinese Resturant with such wonderful staff and service. The staff are always helpful, friendly and remember you. I’ve always loved the food, both Chinese and Malaysian to choose from. No matter whereever I go – Goldern Pearl will always be ranked as one of my all time favourite. Highly recommended.
