Phoned up to book a table only to be greeted by a stroppy young lady who clearly had no intention of helping book a table. Even after I said 3 times that I wanted to book a table…she hung up the phone on me. Very angry and very disappointed in her attitude. Considering I’ve had many good meals here. Staff training most definitely is a must for this place.
My friends and I were a messed after the feast, this goes to show that we enjoyed the ribs to the fullest. The staffs were charming and welcoming as expectedNothing else were appealing about this restaurant. But I loved atmosphere and the hygienic table and cutlery. But this would be a one time experience!!!
Food was ok but floor staff and kitchen organisation wasn’t the best. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food. We were the only people sitting in there so being 2 burgers we didn’t think it would take that long. Might still eat again but that experience was off putting
Firstly great food and value for money .. HOWEVER! Front of house service could only be described as infantile.. phone manner when I rang to get opening times was shocking .. if there was any competition in Salisbury for Sunday breakfast.. this place would be a ghost town! It’s a shame but just don’t bother!
Very disappointing! Food was terrible, and looked nothing like the pictures. Would be better satisfied eating at a fast food place at a fraction of the cost.
The lunch offer of all you can eat ribs and chicken was disappointing. The glazed ribs were overly sweet the unglazed very dry. The same glaze was lathered on the chicken wings and was very messy. The fried chicken wings were very tasty. Nothing else was offered for the $19.90 per head price tag, I would have expected at least a serve if bread or chips/wedges to accompany the lunch. If you want these items you pay for extra. I won’t be rushing back
Delivery service. Couldn’t actually say if they are any good or not considering I rang 4 times to try and order pizza but no answer.
