Worst Indian ever. Positive – naan bread and take away was on time. Negative – Butter chicken was below average – runny bland sauce in dry chicken.Goat curry takeaway $23.90 was horrid – tasted like chalk paste.Fried rice was so dry and there was nothing fried about it. Lots of white rice visible. Tossing dry chicken pieces n veggies in white rice doesn’t make fried rice. First and last time ever. Shame coz you are only round the corner.
Fantastic table service all night. Great deals available on menu, all dishes were tasty & filling. Was able to take all left overs home on takeaway Containers to use for work lunch tomorrow.
Returned to this restaurant tonight after about 2 years. We remember that the food was quite good but the service was very slow with takeaway orders taking proirity.We were very pleased to see the service had significantly improved and was efficient and the courses served timely.The food was excellent we had the Onion Bahji and the Chesse Pakoras both were excellent. The prawn korma was excellent and the serving was a good size. The fish korma was exceptional. The taste was brilliant, the fish and sauce both of a high standard and the portion size was very good. The rice was nice as was the chilli chesse naan.We will definitely be back.
THE MEAT WAS OFF !!!. WORST EVER DINING EXPERIENCE the entree was hard, had no flavour at all The food took 1 hour to arrive though we kept asking how longThe meat was totally off and we had to return our food and the audacity of the owner to still charge us and not even acknowledge or apologise ,,he argued and argued how it was fantastic when we kept saying that the meat tasted foul But the worst part was the arrogance of the staff and owner!!PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE !!
Pretty unimpressed. We like…. Pretty unimpressed.We like to share and so ordered a few things off the menu to try. The first concern was the mint sauce and tandoori looked like it had been dyed with food colouring. The tandoori chicken had no sign that it had been cooked in a tandoor over and my suspicion was it had been defrosted and nuked due to the soggy texture. The rice was coloured with food dye and not saffron as well.So we pretty unimpressed by the whole thing.After paying a pretty hefty bill for what I thought was worth nothing I noticed they had a take away special on the way out that offered pretty much what we ordered with an extra two mains for half the price we paid. Safe to say we will not be indulging in their array of food colour dyed delicacies again.
A real surprise indeed. The food was sublime….it left great sensations in the mouth. Well presented dishes, affordable, good service and great food. What more is there to ask for?
We got the butter chicken tonight… It tasted like cambells tomato soup with salt, pepper and all purpose seasoning… My chicken was almost frozen and really dry. If you are going to microwave the food, please make sure you do it properly! Probs wont go there again…
