The meal size, i found ok, the chips were over cooked, the calamari were over cooked, my butter fish was nice, not great but ok. Service was friendly which was great but for dining in I expected a salad with my snack pack meal, they come free at every other Barnacle Bill I have ever been at, not at this one, they offer you the salad bar for an extra $4.90 but apart from the extra $$$$ for a very simple meal it looked yuck! Not fresh and not a great variety! What is the cost of a little lettuce tomato cucumber and onion on the side of a plate? I will never go back there, I could get the same at the fish and chip shop! Also you do not get the choice of chicken or normal salt, its not the best experience that I have had at Barnacle Bills! I have never written a review before but really felt the need to on this one! I normally love going to Barney’s, they have great food and great service so next time I will drive the extra 15min to Morphett vale if I want to eat that again! Quite Dissapointed.
