Dropped in for lunch with relatives from the country. Service was friendly, informal and fun. Decor was light and airy, albeit, a bit noisy. I ordered the special burger – pork something with bacon … see the photo. Waitress came to apologise as they had insufficient pork for a relative to have one too, and then a chosen alternate burger at a higher price we were not charged the difference – nice touch. Food came in good time and as to taste, the burger was really tasty. I can still recall it. Chips with it ok but not outstanding. For me the place as good – we were downstairs – but it lacked something – perhaps we were a bit removed from the actual beach and sea? Anyway, a good time nonetheless

We were greeted by a woman who was short with us and seemed like she didnt want to be there, she didnt make eye contact and acted like we were an inconvenience. Salad bar is good quality and the views are some of the best in the area. Food came out – I was excited as you can see it looks well prepared, the presentation is great but none of that matters if the dish is a flop. The lamb was literally inedible – it was chewy and overcooked and flavourless. I was so disappointed by the lack of respect for the lamb, I dont mind paying $30 for food but not when its consistency is like rubber. Im not going to come back here again unless its for a birthday or something I have to attend because Ive been let down too many times by the quality of food. A good chef and wait staff go along way.
