Chips were soggy not crispy undercookee while waiting for the chips all the staff behind the counter were eating chips licking their fingers then touching customers food unhygienic if you ask me didnt even wash their hands gross never coming back here anytime soon
Disappointing service, been coming for 10+ years. Seems to have new rude management. Small soggy fish serves, chips average at best.Won’t be returning anymore!
Bad service!!. The lady that took our order was rude when we asked how big the meal size was …the quailty of the food was poor and over priced ,good note the seagulls liked our chips .
Worst chips ever. The homemade chips are a disgrace and would be in the top 5 worst chips(bought $8.50 worth) for a fish and chip shop don’t know why you would line up for this (fish was good $4.40 a piece)
Disgusting excuse for food. Bad service. Disgusting food. Absolutely terrible. Abysmal. I considered going to the toilets to purge afterwards.
Quality Fish and Chips?. Not anymore. There used to be good Chips and reasonably tasty Whiting Fish. It appears there are new people. The Guy behind the Counter looks as sloppy as his Chips. I bought my last lot from them . I ended up with most of the Chips on my package looking like fragments of left overs thrown in with some odd good ones, if not even that.I called immediately and did let them know that this was not acceptable and to let the learner Cook know. Even the Whiting was crap. From the feed back I am reading looks as if I am far from the only one. My suggestion is> Go some where else unless you are desperate for sloppy left over type foods.
The only thing greasier than the food was the owner.. Chips which – as stated by another user – looked like crumbs, a yiros so sloppily put together it had to be eaten with a fork, and a $7.00 piece of fish about as large as a child’s hand (and so greasy the batter came off as it was unwrapped). In fact all of the food was greasy and sloppily put together. Couldn’t possibly recommend.
