First of all Rana Tandoori is in fact not actually called Rana Tandoori.. To our surprise it was actually called ZAFFRAN CURRY DELIGHT Which we had no idea as to why they had separate name its was completely mind boggling.. Secondly when asking for my order they referred to me as a number not a name. I feel like I am more than just a number it was upsetting, meanwhile Alice stood at the door scared and unsure due to Rana Tandoori actually being Zaffran Curry Delight it truly rendered us confused. However we were given free papadums which left us with a grin. Further more the food was outstanding we gave it two thumbs up

Neighbourhood Gem!. Reasonably priced to feed 3-4 hungry people! The only Indian take-put I would get 5 minutes drive from my place! I’m a big fan of their Aloo Gobi, Beef Vindaloo and Spinach chicken/lamb. They’re breads are quite fresh and good too, if you’re so inclined.
They are the best Indian Restuarant in the area! Love their cheese naan! So fresh!
Our all time favourite!! Best cheese naan and butter chicken! Highly recommended!!
Always tasty!. I don’t remember how I came across this little place but its been my favorite Indian joint for a few years now. I love the Saag Paneer, Malai Kofta and Lamb Marsala. The naan breads are pretty large also. The service is always lovely and the price is definitely right! 🙂 Don’t be put off by the premises, the food is consistently delicious
Great for a take-away curry!. I’ve had curries from Rana Tandoori quite a few times. I’ve also had their naan bread, which is especially delicious. All up, they do a solid job across the traditional curry spectrum (butter chicken, lamb korma etc) and their breads are fantastic. It’s a (barely) converted fish and chip shop, so it looks pretty daggy from the outside … but ignore that and grab a delicious take-away tonight!
