This place donates left over food which ends up at our work. So via my work colleague, I discovered the Bite Me Bakery. Its a fun outside and inside a what I call country style bakery! i tried a pie and vanilla slice, with the pie being yummo, not so hot it risked burning my mouth, and with the tomato sauce, certainly happy to go back. Vanilla slice also tasty and firm custard, though I have eaten a national winner and this was not quite at that level … maybe some time … Forbes Shopping Centre is clean but needs love to make it a much happier place … trees, bike racks, more seats. Maybe one day but in the meantime, a good bakery
