Very VERY late …. but very yum.. We ordered and were told it would take 35-40 mins. An hour and 10mins later we called again to ask where our order was – we got lots of ‘sorry’ and were told it’s on it’s way. The shops only 5 mins up the road so 20 minutes later when it still hadn’t arrived we called again. Again lots of sorry and we were told it would be delivered by the manager.10 minutes after that we get a luke warm delivery from a very apologetic delivery guy (not the manager as advised) … they offered to waive the $3 delivery fee as compensation for waiting nearly 2 hours. I insisted we get a better discount so the poor guy had to call his boss and negotiate for us. $8 discount… ok so we go to give the guy money and he has no change for us!! Sigh* so we got a better discount in the end anyway.The most frustrating thing was when we asked what happened they just kept saying ‘sorry sorry new delivery boy’ but I just wanted to know what actually happened :-/ the food was really yum tho and they promised it would NEVER happen again soo…
