This little takeout store recently changed hands. The new owners are onto a good thing. Best chicken and chips Ive had in years!! The chicken was succulent and delicious, butterfly roasted with Portuguese spices. The chips were golden and crunchy, even after being wrapped up in paper for 20mins. Unbelievably good!
This place has improved so much.New owners are very pleasant and know what they’re doing,hamburgers best in the hills,and you don’t pay through the nose.If you haven’t been there for a while it’s worth checking out.

I have found that aldgate chicken and seafood spices up their food and strays from tradition, if youre looking for a traditional fish and chip shop I would reconsider coming here.
