About as good as bread can possibly be.Time honoured recipes cooked in an ancient wood fired oven by people who know what they’re doing.My favourite is the German Yeast cake. Sweet yeasty cake with a spiced, crumbly topping – cut a big slice and either butter it or have it with cream.Their bienenstich is amazing. Their bread is great.One of the gems of the Barrossa.
