Was very busy on a Sunday morning, but the variety on the menu and the quality of the food were worth the wait and effort. The Vegetarian Mexican Breakfast was great (and I’m not vegetarian) the big vegetarian breakfast was enjoyed by my non-vegetarian wife and the sone did not find anything to complain about with his bacon and egg roll, so it must have been good.
Located in the old Tanunda Mill in the Main Street this place is a great location with excellent plenty of parking on the Main Street. The staff are so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The menu has an all day breakfast and great lunch menu the chili eggs were a very generous dish full of flavour and presentation was full of colour. The salmon, eggs on rosti was just stunning. Well presented with beautiful delicate flavours a really lovely lunch. Great service fabulous food in a really cute cafe.
We called into Nosh on what must have been the hottest day in all of 2018. It was so hot I gave up my normally skinny latte in favour of a iced coffee with ice cream and cream. That said it still didn’t stop our entire group going for the hot meat pies. They were seriously good with authentic home made pastries. Took a little while to heat up but I’d rather wait and have the pie heated well than get an instant microwaved version. Bit of an eclectic cafe with woollen sheep skins on some chairs, we avoided because of the heat. The locals ate here and not just us tourists so that was a good sign.
This is our regular coffee spot when in the Barossa – always decent and the staff are always friendly. Quirky décor and very convenient that it is right next to a bookstore.
