I’ve recently returned for the great value banh mi that are chock full of ingredients! The cold rolls are still big and tasty. Veryfriendly staff. I am still to go back to try their pho and other dishes.
Friendly, fresh, and relatively fast. I have had better rolls, but if you’re in the area, this will do you fine. There’s also a large dining area which is great for those wanting a sit down meal.
Best vegan pho in Adelaide – hands down. Amazing Lemongrass Tofu Bahn Mi. Well educated on what vegan is. Everything is cheap and the customer service is great.
Needed a quick Friday Bahn mi fix. Decided to hit up Bahn Mi Cafe for some roast pork goodness. With the chilli still burning my mouth I now write this. So how was it? Not the best Bahn Mi going but it does the job. It is filling and has some nice pickled veg for freshness and the bread roll has that crunchy outside / soft in the middle thing going on that we all love. What I wasn’t thrilled about was the Hoi Sin sauce (a first for me) that was drizzled in the roll. Seriously. I didn’t ask for it so must assume it comes standard. The roast pork wasn’t a generous serve and lacked that fantastic crispy crunch but was still ok. Price was reasonable at $5.50. Will be back again though to try the spicy beef stew based on Porcsy’s review.
This is a great spot to grab some of the popular Vietnamese dishes that we’ve all come to know and love. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. The Vietnamese iced coffee is really nice too. The staff are really welcoming and friendly too.Whilst everything about this place is pretty pleasing, the thing that I absolutely love the most about it is the Bho Kho – spicey beef stew. This is an absolute must try – I cannot speak of it highly enough. I have eaten at a lot of places and I eat out quite regularly – but this $10.90 dish is still one of the best things I’ve ever had in my mouth. The broth is simply amazing, packed with flavour and spice. The meat melts in your mouth and the carrots always cooked to perfection <3
The pho here is the best I’ve ever had, including in Vietnam! So much flavour with a perfect blend of spices. Loads of fresh herbs and chilli, too. I love that they have a vegetarian/vegan version with tofu and mushrooms. The banh mu is great, too. Really friendly staff. Faultless!
They look good, I’d really want to try it some day, I guess whenever I visit there I’m hitting you guys 😀 I just hope it’s all good when I come :p
