This place is not even worth one star. Placed an order of five serves of dumplings, two soups and a Chinese meat roll. After a 50 minute wait we had only received one plate of steamed prawn dumplings which were frozen in the middle. After another 20 minutes some microwaved half cold flavorless soups were brought out. Needing to be somewhere in 15 minutes, being the only ones in the store with such a huge wait time and unable to even eat the horrendous food we politely asked for a partial refund. The guy behind the counter refused claiming our food was only 15 more minutes away. After telling him it was uneatable and we didn’t have time also the food was frozen he claimed he was reheating the half frozen food for us and he would microwave the rest. After his refusal and rude behaviour we had to leave $60 out of pocket for not even two bites of food. This place is highly disorganised and an embarrassment on the food standard level of things. Do your self a favour and head to kintaro sushi by the barber shop where they provide fresh (unfrozen) top quality food for your money. I hope someone shuts this shop down before someone gets sick.

It’s unbelievable that you can’t order dumplings from a place called Dumpling Dumpling. The server then explained that he couldn’t let us order dumplings since they would have to cook our order and there were too many orders already. I’ve never heard such nonsense. Looking around the room, there were only four other tables occupied. Don’t know why these guys are in business.
Average. The dumplings are pre fried and sitting in a bay marie – I thought these would be for takeaway and as I was dining in they would be fresh but I was wrong. Dough was ok, nice and crisp and surprisingly not dried out. Filling was mostly carrot and lacking in filling and also in flavour. My dining companions pork dumplings were very dry. Service was friendly but I would not bother returning.
