My family and I popped into this restaurant for dinner on a Saturday without a booking and the place was fully packed. Luckily, a table failed to show up for their reservation and we got a table for 4 rightaway. The waitress serving us was friendly and explained the menu to us, and gave us recommendations. We ordered the steam dumplings, kabuli palaw, eggplant dish and the lamb pieces with naan; and tried the sour cherry sharbat drink. The food was served very quickly and all of the dishes were really tasty. We managed to finish all the dishes.I don’t have much exposure with eating Afghan food but really enjoyed the food here…would recommend!!
polite and friendly staff, loved the fried dumplings a must have whenever you visit this place. authentic afghan cuisine and totally different to ghan kebab which is good in itself, limited options however can’t find a fault in any dish we ordered and sometimes less is good as it avoids confusion especially when it’s so good. this place left us totally stuffed and satisfied
