Very cool atmosphere and friendly staff. Great chips and selection of sauces. The burgers and the onion rings are a bit hit and miss. I have been maybe 8-10 times, and I continue to return because I know how good they can be. However, occasionally they will do something strange. Last time I went, there were two pieces of bacon in my burger that were SO overcooked that they were literally black. The first time I bit into it, one of the bacon pieces cut my mouth, so I removed them and the rest of the burger was great. On another occasion, the onion rings had so much batter that they ended up being only about 20% onion. I looked at looked at them and thought ‘how could anyone serve this?’I will continue to return, because when you get a good burger, they are so good.

Had the classic cheeseburger meal, the chips was great. The burger was good. Would I come back again? Yes. Why? Because I believe its worth the 16.5, and it is more than three times better than a Big Mac.

I ordered the garden burger and was pleasantly surprised, the burger was so full of flavour and delicious! The fries were crispy and also very tasty. The mac and cheese bites, however, were not as yummy as I would of hoped, but still decent. I was very impressed with the waiting time of the food, it was out within 10 minutes and still was great quality. Overall, a great burger place to eat at with a large variety of options on their menu! Would be good though if the place had more dining seating options as the dining space is very limited.

Gorgeous clean food. If ur not allowed to eat bread but are going here. The Mexican salad bowl ROCKS! I would actually return to this part of the city to have it again.

Quite expensive for what you get. Burgers were good but nothing exceptional. A good range of craft beers and wines and a menu with a great selection to choose from. Cool atmosphere.

Newly renovated, Burger Republic has a fresh feel but has kept its cool casual dining vibe with its industrial decor. I was instantly drawn to the seating against the wall which had neat collection of sauces lined up on the bench and an eclectic mix of framed mug shots and famous American faces hanging on the wall. This led to a fun game trying to name the faces while waiting for our burgers definitely need an answer sheet though. In my quest to find the best burgers in Adelaide, I always order a regular beef burger (beef, lettuce tomato, cheese and sauce) so as the standard comparison between each place. Usually the name-sake of a place, at Burger Republic it was called the Old-Fashioned Cheeseburger + cheese (pictured). Judging by the presentation of burgers, it is evident they make their burgers with love. The Angus beef patty had a nice crust to the meat and was so juicy to bite into and the house sauce in addition to the ketchup and mustard made the burger work on all levels. The burgers came out in a timely-manner and they are a good size that is, it was not too tiny so Im not full and not too big so that I have to unlock my jaw to fit the whole burger in my mouth. Now Im dying to come back and try their Other Killer Burgers as well their desserts, mainly the Chocolate Mousse burger. An established and cool burger joint you should definitely check out if youre along King William Rd.Burger Republic also does brunch, something which Ill have to tell you about soon. karylleeats.wordpress.com
