FOOW is back, in fine form! Back in the hands of the original owner. Back with the best quality everything food. Back as a spanking clean, well run place with the original owner behind the counter. I discovered this by chance, having all but given up on it earlier this year.Excellent, excellent. If you’ve not been there for a year or 2 or 3, go back now. It’s all that it ever was and better. Yum.
Alright. Ordered a fish burger, tommy ruff wrap & chips. The chips were really good but the rest just average. In the middle of summer I would expect them to be able to source quality tomatoes rather then the pale, tasteless ones that came in our food.
Best burger on KW Road. Chicken burger combo meal.Chicken burger, chips and can of drink for $12.50 cant go wrong (not over priced like everything else on KW Road).Chicken grilled, minimal oil and fat.only negative – bun use to be a nice Turkish? bread… now its just a standard bun, which unfortunately makes the burger not as good!the manager/owner is a top dude as well!
Best fish n chips around. Hadn’t been to fish for a while. Forgot how good it was. came in Thursday and got garfish and chips. bloody excellent!!! Good ol school fish n chip shops are hard to find these days. will be back for shore.
Never Again. Had ordered 3 Vicious Burgers, 3 Battered Butterfish, and Chips for 3.Was told it would be ready in 15 Minutes, and arrived accordingly, only to be told it was still in the process of being prepared, and had to wait another 15 minutes. I suspect they had failed to act on our phone order. While waiting, noticed floor in waiting area was absolutely filthy. Not sure if it i any better behind the counter. Burgers were all binned after 2 bites as they were way to spicy and reeked of garlic, Fish was OK but very greasy, and chips were way overcooked and not even seagulls would eat such.Was way overpriced. I will never be able to bring myself to return.Better to go to Barnacle Bills as they are both edible and affordable. x visious Burers,
Beautiful fish and chips, salt and pepper calamari was delicious and burgers were fantastic… Staff extremely friendly and would most certainly go back there…. Best fish and chips I have eaten in a very long time…
Good size fillet of fish crumb ok but fish dry, vegetarian burger had no patty, hamburger patty dry because flat, whole burger/bun way too big, the burger aren’t up there in quality overall e.g. pub standard. Beetroot is tinned.
