  I tried to dine here with 3 guests…. waited waited.Approached the bar to get drinks…. nothing no drinks no order taken after 25 minutes walked out the door.This place deserves the respect it gives it customers 0

  Sadly this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years. We used to go to the old venue regularly and it was lovely. The service was slow. The place was empty. The waitress clearly didn’t want to be there. The wine eventually arrived. Unopened and plonked on the table. The mixed entree was lovely. The soft shell crab was inedible. We complained and Mala the owner came to argue with us suggesting if we had wanted crispy we should have ordered something else. We will never go back.

  Tldr; STAY AWAY!What other reviews fail to cover is the utter lack of professionalism when it comes to management at this establishment. Incident 1: I once called to place a booking and was greeted by the owner. The conversation was brash and uncouth, with the owner/cook not being able to answer even the most simplest of questions without having to come across as rude and uneducated. Incident 2: I went in to make a takeaway order. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was obviously stressed out by the number of tables and waiting customers present. As soon as I made my order I took a seat and to my dismay I witnessed perhaps the least ethical treatment of staff I have ever seen. The owner/cook was barking at the wait staff after she enquired about a take away order that had been waiting for over 45mins. I no longer patron this establishment as I feel that what money I spend on (over priced) food there is going directly into the pocket of a thuggish and impish owner and not to the betterment of the staff and customers.

  Delicious, authentic Thai in a cosy restaurant. I love the chu chee tofu here! The staff are friendly, though one tends to get very confused – I think he may be a bit young and has a lot to learn.

  When we went in we asked for vegetarian pad tia the waiter suggested a different meal and with his recommendation we agreed only to find it was not vegetarian meal at all. When we confronted him he said sorry for his mistake and charged us anyway. Do not bother eating here ever.

  Ordered takeaway last night. Told would be ready in 30-40 mins. Waited 50 minutes and then went to collect. Arrived to find a table of 4 and one of 2. Place empty. Time was nearly 7pm. Told would be an extra 5 mins which then became 10 mins which then became 15 mins. Did not wish to create a scene in the restaurant due to other patrons. So I left, and upon return home decision made by all (2) to ring and cancel order ‘woman kept saying ..’nearly ready’!! We were so hungry and got food at other place in 5 mins, I probably could have taken this on the chin but this is the 5th time we have ordered and this has happened.On many occasions we plead with them not to do this and falls on deaf ears. I didn’t bother this time and hoped for the best..more fool me. Never again. Sadly food in restaurant may be great but unless you are prepared to sit and wait the entire time for your takeaway -don’t bother.

  There are better Thai restaurants in Adelaide.. I was shocked to hear the restaurant does not serve tea. Food service was extremely slow. However, the waitress looked well after us. Tasting of the food was decent.
