Just had pizza with the lot from Speranza. Was the best pizza, so tasty and full with fresh ingredients and the best part….the base was crispy all over which I can never get anywhere else!!!This is the second time we have had pizza from here, no need to go anywhere else.

If I could have scored this 0 I would it was the worst pizza ever. It clearly had not been cooked that day, it looked like day old pizza and the proscuitto on top was not even a nice healthy colour and the olives amounted to about 5 in total. My partner had picked it up and when he got home we really couldn’t be bothered taking it back – we did try it and it was rubbery and like the cardboard box it was housed in. $21 for a takeaway pizza that was supposed to be gourmet – was a joke and a rip off. My partner said the staff were outside smoking when he arrived and clearly seemed to find him an intrusion – so not good on the service count either – will not be going back there again!
It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had.the crust was so chewy, the sauce has no flavour, too salty, and the ham they used its fake cheap one. Price is way too high. In my opinion there’s no point to use a pizza oven for the pizza. I even thought that pizza was done in microwaves, worse than frozen pizza from Coles.
Service is always great! We’ve been there about 4 times now and have never been disappointed. A nice environment to enjoy a meal and the wood oven smell is enticing! Would recommend for big pizza lovers.
It’s not Italian, they’re Lebanese, the pizza won’t make you go to the hospital, but it’s got nothing Italian about it, the bread is Lebanese, the ingredients are the usual Aussie rubber cheese and fake ham, why does everyone want to be Italian? Wouldn’t recommend if what you want is a real pizza! I got sucked in by the wood oven and the Italian name, however the wood oven in my opinion was a waste of money for them, because there is no wood oven taste at all!
