Great service goyim, great pizzas too. Beer prices were a bit expensive, but the goys can’t complain too much as we are at West Beach. Simple but effective diner , 50’s era tables mix of Mexican / Italian dishes . Young waitress was very attentive and accommodating 😉

Shocking. Booked online as they told me they confirmed my booking. They sent a text for me to reconfirm which I did. I get here and it’s closed! Noone bothered to contact me. Wasn’t good last time but now I understand they are completelyunprofessional and don’t care about their clientele. Apparently according to surrounding businesses this is common practice for them.

I absolutely loved it here, as did my partner. I have special dietary requirements and they where so helpful in accommodating me. The food was delicious and the service was was even better. We where served by the owner, and i would have to say it was hands down be the best customer service i have ever had. If i could give them a higher rating i would – a 5 just doesnt seem to cut it.

Cafe Salsa is a great spot for a quick meal or pizza, especially on a warm summer night. I think they changed owners in the last few months but the food is still quite good for the prices with generous portions. I love the 60s feel and decor. Staff are friendly without being overbearing. Head there in summer to enjoy the experience even more.

Visited for Saturday dinner. Received friendly and prompt service. The inside area was very noisy (large group booking) so really hard for our group to hear each other, yet outside area was empty. The pizzas were delicious. Porchetta and pasta also lovely.

I wrote a review for ‘Cafe Salsas’ on Facebook after having the worst customer service experience of my life. After hearing nothing from the establishment despite threats from the staff telling us ‘I dare you to write a negative review, we’ll fight back’, I have decided it is 100% necessary to post the review on a few other sites so that everyone becomes aware of the appalling service you provide. Three friends and I experienced the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen at your ‘cafe’. I never like to complain or write negative reviews because I am very aware that some nights are just not as good as others, that being said I won’t sit back and allow my friends to be spoken to or treated the way they were by one of your male staff members who refused to give us his name. (No surprise there as I’m absolutely certain many people have probably tried to complain about him in the past) We waited over an hour (which would have been acceptable if the place was packed, however it wasn’t even close to half full) only to be consistently told ‘only 9 more minutes’ or completely ignored by the waiting staff. Once the food arrived it was abysmal, the pizzas were inedible and when we approached staff to bring it to their attention we were surrounded by cooks and other staff members yelling at us claiming that ‘they eat the pizza so we were clearly the problem’. This is not acceptable. I work in customer service and I completely understand how difficult it can be when you receive complaints, however it is part and parcel of working in hospitality. When we brought it to his attention we were told ‘It’s not my job to give good customer service’. Well it is, and he clearly can’t do his job so I strongly suggest giving him a stern word because it is just not acceptable in any work place. We then spoke to other customers that were in the cafe who also waited over an hour, they had the same experience (in fact some had sent back their food more than twice) and when they approached the man, felt extremely upset due to his absolute lack of communication skills. I don’t like to make reviews personal but I won’t look past the way we were treated tonight and I hope everyone else who was spoken to in the same way in your cafe speaks up. After our experience I will do my absolute best to let everyone I know who is planning to eat at your cafe that it will be a very disappointing night and not to bother, there are many other restaurants close by that can provide not only good food but also a good customer service experience.
