We came here after bike riding down from McLaren Vale. This place has good food at cheap prices.I loved the beer battered fish while my husband loved the chicken schnitzel.I do think the chef might have been having a bit of an off day because the risotto, while delicious was also incredibly salty, as was the sauce for the beef schnitzel.I’d avoid the roast beef if coming here, the meat was dry although the vegetables were cooked well.I enjoyed my experience so I’ll be back again.

Went there for a Christmas dinner with fourteen friends. First and last visit.We were so crammed in we couldn’t get in or out, but we had squeeze out to go and queue for ages to order our meal and then queue again for our drinks. Food took ages, waited over an hour for meals. Very very poor organization and definitely will not be going there again.
Just finished my meal and it was amazing, I had to write a review! Great old pub feel with restaurant quality food. Brilliant, will be coming back for sure.
