Welcome to Botanica Bar and Restaurant Salamanca Hobart . Situated in a transformed Georgian Sandstone Warehouse, inspired by the beautiful surrounds and mystique of Salamanca, Botanica features the best of our local distilleries, breweries and delicacies and Tasmania food. South American inspired share plates with a large Function room available. We offer a range of Tasmanian Pork, salmon, chicken, seafood and other local produce, all prepared on site. We also offer a very large range of Tasmanian wines, sparkling, beers and spirits direct from the producers to our venue. We stopped into the Botanical Bar for their special a burger and a pint. The burger was cooked just right and the fries that we ordered extra were hot and crisp. A great deal and a great meal.
Unexpectedly good; great wine, amazing tacos and nachos. We loved the tuna taco the most! We went on a Monday night, and it was lovely and quiet but an ambient atmosphere.
Met friends for a drink after work.Very friendly staff & quick service.Very comfortable and a lovely warm fire which was very welcoming.I will definitely be back soon to sample the food.
Botanica is a lovely spot to stop for a light bite + cocktail in Hobart. The toasty fire is the spot to claim while you’re sipping!
Beautiful venue, great music, cocktails were delicious. Just not much of a vibe and food was average.
