Utterly brilliant hole in the wall that has a local friendly pub vibe that absolutely everywhere else on Salamanca Place lacks. After an atrocious dining experience at Irish Murphy’s not 50 metres down the road, my girlfriend and I tried out Knopwood’s $10 burrito and beer Wednesday. The burrito was MASSIVE, and the pot kicked off what became a wonderful evening in this truly above average and value for money venue. They also supply free chess at the tables, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A must for everyone who visits Hobart.
Just fantastic. Staff are friendly, the fire is toasty and the beers are cold, what more could you want? Nothing 🙂
You have to try the chicken wings at lunch time. Best wings ever!
