If you’re in Hobart, go to Mezethes. From the moment we walked in, the feeling of authenticity was evident. We were greeted like the place was open just for us and the service standard never dropped away. Waiting staff took us through the menu and confidently answered our questions with regards to foods and wines.When the food arrived, seriously, the flavours were beyond my expectations and easily rivaled and surpassed Greek cuisine in many of the places we’d eaten at in Greece!Cant endorse this place enough. Easy 5
Came here for a late Saturday lunch. The restaurant was quiet but had an extensive menu. Wait staff were friendly and accomodating to menu changes. The fish was amazing- not sure worth $50 but was good none the less. The risotto separated and was very oily and inedible. Not a bad experience but expensive for what you get.
