The Office. Let me start of with that the food was great, however if you go out to eat for the experience and the food the food is all you come away with. We were firstly served by the most try hard relaxed person I have met. Which only made us feel rushed and stressed to be even asking for a table his reply Yeah what ever you want no worries, I felt like saying I am not worried then which table his reply oh which ever one you want you choose. No I do not go to a restaurant to start seating myself, sorry. Then we were served by the uni student who still hadn’t washed off her notes on her hand which was never washed in our entire meal I am not sure when this person washes their hands. Or the fact she had her hair out floating around our whole meals. Lastly on the waitress when we asked what do you recommend the chicken nuggets or pizza on the children’s menu she said I DON’T KNOW. Seriously that is the lamest answer I have ever heard. The last down point is the 1980’s office decor if this place was not in Battery Point it would be the lamest place around. It is almost even worse it is in Battery Point as there is nothing Battery Point about this place. 1980’s office decor is not cool, laid back, funky, chic or alternative it is horrid.

No fuss no muss pub food. Can’t go past the $10 steak, which was delicious. As were the sides. Decor is dated, but easily overlooked in the face of the good food. Worth a visit.
