There’s a reason there are plenty of seats on Sunday morning when everywhere else is a 20 minute to half hour wait for a table! Average coffee, good eggs and bacon but avacado smash decidedly not good. And what’s with dukkah chucked on a breakfast plate???
Visited this cafe on my way to a wine tasting this morning. Located slightly away from the main shopping strip at Salamanca Wharf, I was not too surprised to see it reasonably quiet for a Sunday morning. The layout is nothing out of the ordinary. What struck me was the music, with recent indie playing in the background, which really suited the feel of the place.Ordered a cappuccino which was decent enough but not quiet close to my Melbourne expectations. Followed this with a Wharf Breakfast. Although nothing too groundbreaking either, the gluten free bread they served it with was a highlight.Overall a decent enough spot if you are looking for somewhere that is not too busy near Salamanca Wharf and wanting to avoid the crowds
