The food tasted good enough – nothing groundbreaking, and I eat and cook a lot of Japanese food – but the real dealbreaker was the service. We waited ONE HOUR, one whole hour, between the first and second course of our o-makase menu. No explanation, no apology given. Given the very high price of the food, this was frankly unacceptable.
