Best cafe I have been to in Hobart. Great food, good coffee and excellent service. Ordered the warms beans and nacho chips with the soup special and both were delicious. Will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.
Birthday brekkie for three. I had the baked eggs, my hubby the croque monsieur and my son the scones. We shared the bruschetta for starters and that was amazing. My son declared his the best milkshake ever. Hubby adored the croque and the scones were amazing. Staff were delightful. Slight delay for the mains but a lovely relaxing way to spend the morning with the papers. I then visited the lady part of the shop where I bought a unique hand made brooch and a lovely a pair of earrings. A lovely day out thanks Abundance.
First came across Abundance on the Quay after being invited to morning tea with my Aunties whilst on holiday.Loved the food & the coffee from the get go & the service was excellent too even with a full service load on a busy Saturday morning! I tried the scones & the chai latte and they were excellent with particular mention of the delicious raspberry jam.The cafe quickly became more favourite place to grab breakfast before heading into Hobart.Special mention goes out to the Croque Monsieur which you need to allow a little longer when ordering but it’s well worth the wait (sorry don’t have a photo, was too delicious) Bear in mind there is limited table space so it pays to book ahead!
We discovered this local cafe at the start of our 2 week holiday which was fortunate as we’ve been there nearly every day, if not twice daily! The staff are friendly and the coffee and food is great. They sell amazing platters of cheese, meat or seafood (or a combination) which go down lovely with a local bottle of wine! While waiting for a coffee you can peruse the homewares section which is full of gorgeous items too. I would definitely recommend a visit.
