Came here for dinner not sure what to expect given the mixed reviews on this and other sites. BUT hubby wanted pizza and I didn’t so we decided to risk it as a quick look of the menu online showed a variety of dishes (pizza pasta burgers salads…)The service was friendly enough, not in your face and not neglecting.Hubby ordered pizza with the lot. Nothing gourmet but a good pizza you’d expect from a family style restaurant.I had the lamb salad which was tasty. I liked that the yoghurt dressing was on top of the greens of the salad then the lamb (and plenty of it) set on top.We had an earlyish dinner (6pm) and it wasn’t super busy, but had several tables occupied and more people steadily came in over the next hour. A good family style restaurant if you want that. A good restaurant with different options if you want that too.Good size portions, filling and friendly restaurant and we didn’t have to wait long for service or our meals.
the staff were all quite friendly. the food is always fantastic, especially the pizza. the only problem I had when I went here was it was quite squishy, my family kept elbowing each other and there just was not enough room. but all in all it is a really good place for a nice meal and I would highly recommend it.
Excellent food, some dishes are a little large and prices a little steep but otherwise good.Attentive, approachable and kind service.Inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, staff were rude and un interested in serving, let alone letting you into the restaurant. we travelled with a group of 14 and all stated upstairs at the Ikon (which is fabulous) and they refused to serve us for not only one night, but two in a row.
