Dined at the Tassie Golf Club with the Missus and friends for a Xmas catch up last night, now as a member on leave from golf it had been a while since my last visit and it was nice to be back in familiar surroundings. The outlook from the dining room is out over the course. The menu is extensive enough for most diners as is the wine list however the very limited beer on tap offerings are a disappointment. We had the Seafood assortment with the seared scallops ( roe on thankfully) a highlight, our companions opted for the Gnocchi and a Schnitzel which were rated as acceptable, to finish each couple shared a desert that were pretty good, all in all an enjoyable evening for a club dinner. Service tempo was consistent and the wait staff knowledge up to speed, lastly, it’s good to see the car park is now well lit, most likely to return in the future
