Had dinner here last night. Nice modern/country feel. Food was pretty good. Had the roast lamb and the twice cooked pork belly. Both served with baked carrots, potatoes and steamed beans. Couldn’t really fault either. Try the brownie with chocolate sauce. Very nice. The humble crumble sounded great as well. The service had that country feel and could be tweaked to match the level of food. Otherwise good country hotel food in a little Tassie town. Ps we stayed at The Bluestone Grainstore an easy walk from the Deloraine Hotel. Stay here – it’s fantastic. Can honestly recommend the hotel and B&B. Would come back to both in a flash!!

Asked for a separate plate of individual salad veggies. Presented it beautifully. Dined in enclosed outdoor area as restaurant was busy. Gorgeous view of established trees, river and bridge!
