About
Bon Thai is a small country style restaurant with a busy take away food service. We specialise in top quality, authentic, Thai food prepared by a Thai chef. Dinner TAKE AWAY SERVICE opens at 5 pm and finishes at 8 pm. We offer a "grab & go" takeaway lunch service every Friday with special prices. Our RESTAURANT SERVICE opens at 7 pm Tuesday to Thursday and at 7.30 pm on Friday and Saturday. Our kitchen closes when cooking is finished for the night and our restaurant closes when washing up is finished. We do not prepare special food for people with severe food allergies. We have meals with no chilli and any as spicy as you like. We do not serve alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own wine, beer or pre-mixed spirits. We have a disabled persons bathroom but no play facilities or high chairs for young children. We expect guests to be clean and neatly dressed. Reservations by telephone are recommended. We close on public holidays.Details

Really enjoyed a meal here with friends. A very small restaurant with an interesting way of taking your order from an interesting menu. Loved the food, not cheap but lovely food with fresh local ingredients. BYO. No corkage. Would definately recommend.

Tucked away in Devonport is the most amazing restaurant. Bon’s Fish cakes are the best I have ever had. We regularly pick up take away here because the food is fresh and tastes divine.
