Perhaps not. It’s unfortunate when the highlight of a meal is the pre dinner cocktails. All the staff very friendly and obliging however when a large group is booked in for a special occasion for 7pm you would not expect to get your entrees at/after 9 and mains at almost 10pm. A variety of menu options were chosen , buffalo wings being one tasty treat but as many still had feathers on them it was a bit off-putting. Mains were hit & miss with over/underdone & cold steaks being an unwelcome feature. It could have just been an off night OR that they were very busy but I don’t think any of our party we will be eating here again. Much better, more consistent quality ( and cheaper at that ) can be found elsewhere in Devonport . Very Disappointed.
