Food service was fast and food were beautiful! Service was ok, the waitress did not seem particularly knowledgeable on the food details, so would help if they explained the dishes better We got the pork ears, duck, beef tartare and scallops for entrees. Definitely recommend the pork ears – they were crispy, juicy and tender and was the highlight of the night. I didnt particular like the scallops, they were a tad over cooked. The duck was amazing and tender and balanced out with the pickled cucumber, and the tartare was refreshing Mains I tried the Sichuan fish fillet and the steak, both were amazingly cooked!
