I recently stopped by for lunch with two other ladies, all of us not really knowing what we felt like eating. We were promptly seated with a smile and handed the food and wine menu and told about the daily special. The menu was quite extensive which made my indecisiveness worse, the only easy choice was a glass of wine due to the lovely weather and we were sitting outside. The antipasto platter for two, followed by the chicken liver parfait seemed like the easier choice so that was ordered, our other companion chose the marinated chicken bruschetta. Our food was delivered promptly and looked delicious on sight and proved to be equally delicious in taste. The chicken liver parfait in particular was the winner but the chicken bruschetta was a lovely surprise consisting of 2chicken fillets served on bread with lightly meltedmozzarellaand freshly sliced tomato, this wasa perfect lunch serving size. Service was great throughout and I fully intend on trying their dinner menu very soon.
Excellent little coffee shop – both for breakfast and lunch. Friendly staff who like a chat and make decent coffee. What more can you ask for? The cafe uses quality ingredients such that I’ve yet to find a dish I’ve disliked.
Great food and service. Stopped in on my way to Salamanca and glad I did. The best saltimbocca I have had in a long time. Fantastic service and very friendly.Will certainly return when I am in Hobart again

Absolutely fantasic! As good as it gets. Be sure to chat to Luca and the espresso martinis are the best in the apple isle!
I have never been disappointed while coming here. Coffee is consistently good, excellent service and very friendly staff. It’s always a highlight stopping by to grab a quick coffee. Definitely recommend Cultura 🙂
