We ordered the char grilled eye fillet and the char grilled chicken with gnocchi with some beverages. The produce was amazing. I has my steak well done, which was alright but it could have been better with some flavours.
Coffee wasnt too bad, food was too fancy for the menu. Food was average and there wasnt a lot of normal options. All too fancy for what it was; simply trying a bit too hard. Cocktails/ coffees were good though.
It’s hard to rate this place simply because it’s two different venues in the same space.A hotel breakfast joint in the morning and a pizza bar in the evening. For breakfast Avoid this place like the plague worst breakfast ever. Everything that’s supposed to be hot is lukewarm at best. Sausages tasted like shoe leather, all the eggs were cold, the fried tomato was ice cold. The staff are friendly and welcoming but the quality of the breakfast brings the entire place down.On the other hand the pizza is amazing. There was a new pizza menu on the night I was there I had the mushrooms, salami, chilli pizza crust was light and thin just perfect definitely recommend.
Have eaten here on 3 separate occasions this week whilst staying at the hotel and have not been disappointed. We have been able to order the less-expensive bar food in the restaurant. I highly recommend the open souvlaki and the cheese and fruit platter.
We had breakfast here as part of our stay at hotel the hash browns were crunchy and no longer potato, bacon and eggs seam in water and mushrooms mixed with beans for 22.50 a head you can get better food at a local cafe.
Wood fired pizza is good. Angel hair prawns very good and a staple. Pair with an entree size char grilled lamb (3 reasonable chunks) for a good meal.
Sub-par. Spent the previous night in Launceston, thought Hobart would be a step up. Steak wasn’t as ordered and had a very low quality cut considering the $35 price tag. Ordered my drink twice never came.
